Dr. Linda BallardDr. Linda Ballard has over 20 years of human resources experience. She holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Management and Leadership and a double masters in human resources and business. Her doctorate research was titled “ Under-representation of mid-career level females in Texas based companies” and her latest development was a graduate level course called “Managing Difficult Conversations”. Dr. Ballard has held many senior positions in telecommunications and financial consulting organizations. She currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP). Prior to USAP, she worked for Goodman Networks, Inc. as the Vice President of Talent Management and OD and with Ericsson as a human resources, diversity, and change leader. Lastly, her career at Ernst & Young, LLP was yet another human capital leader role that combined diversity and human resources strategically across the firm. Dr. Ballard also holds several professional certifications and adjunct faculty positions at colleges and universities.
