Shunda Robinson is GM Financial’s Diversity and Inclusion strategic leader responsible for executing and implementing world-class initiatives that promote GMF and its employees’ success.
She serves as an advisor and partner to executive leadership and as a progressive voice on sustainable diversity & inclusion strategies. With over 20 years of HR experience, Shunda has been instrumental in helping major corporations shape their talent development strategies.
Shunda attended Knoxville College, The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and earned her Bachelor of Science and MBA from Amberton University. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She serves on the HR Executive Board for North Texas LEAD, a non-profit organization in Fort Worth, Texas and also Junior Achievement.
Sought out for advisory boards/committees that shape the direction of Diversity & Inclusion practices, Shunda’s goal is to enlarge the footprint of GM Financial with respect to Diversity and Inclusion.
