Danielle is accountable for leading the Financial Readiness Strategy for employees and members to ensure successful implementation across all channels. She is responsible for implementing processes and partnering with key stakeholders to integrate education, advice, and planning tools within USAA’s Strategic Priorities.

Danielle has 20 years in the financial services industry and over 10 years of leadership experience to include coaching and leading contact centers and acquisition teams to developing and implementing strategies for key initiatives.

Danielle earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. Danielle holds the Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses. She is licensed to sell life insurance, annuities, and variable products and obtained the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designations.

In Danielle’s spare time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her husband Gabriel and two children Aliza and Dylan.
