Kimberly Lang serves as RealPage’s Senior Vice President of Consumers Services, where she assists clients in increasing revenue and profits through consumer- facing, interactive applications that diminish the stress and inconvenience for renters. Ms. Lang creates product development roadmaps for property management companies and industry experts in order to improve and optimize the resident experience.
Ms. Lang initially joined RealPage to build its payments processing solution, and has since expanded and broadened her expertise over the years in order to lead
the development efforts of leasing, marketing, and living solutions for current and prospective residents in apartment communities. She incorporates the newest technology, staff necessities and demands, with consumer feedback in order to create the best industry practice. She has been an innovator and developer for RealPage, its customers, and the consumers in the rental housing industry. Ms. Lang is personally devoted to introducing new technologies and products to the industry through RealPage solutions.
RealPage’s payments division is the market leader in the multi-family payment processing industry, which far outperforms the service offered by other payment processing platforms and exceeds the integration and support available through its competitors. Within the past couple of years, RealPage has formed a new entity for its Money Service Business, where Ms. Lang leads as the President and CEO. This strategic initiative allows payment-processing flexibility to the clients while increasing substantial transaction growth and revenue. RealPage’s payments solutions has processed over $120 billion since 2005, due to Ms. Lang’s commitment and effort.
Ms. Lang is certified by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) as an accredited ACH professional, and is an advisory council member for Southwestern Automated Clearing House Association, Wells Fargo, and Chase Paymentech.
Ms. Lang is married with a daughter, and resides in Flower Mound, TX.
