Cyndi Ramirez RyanCyndi Ramirez Ryan is a seasoned human resources and diversity management executive with a comprehensive background in leading strategic people solutions designed to enhance business results and improve organizational and people capabilities. Cyndi serves as President & Principal Consultant of Más Talent, a human resources and diversity and inclusion firm, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent management, diversity management, and human resources delivery model solutions.

Ms. Ramirez Ryan came to Más Talent, after serving in several highly-visible human resources roles at Baylor Scott & White Healthcare, including Vice President Human Resources & Chief Diversity Officer. At BSWH, she developed cultural integration, talent and change management strategies that helped facilitate the 2014 merger between BHCS and Scott & White Healthcare. As Baylor’s Chief Diversity Officer, she implemented a diversity management strategy designed to improve Baylor, Scott & White’s delivery of culturally competent care.

In 2011, the Texas Diversity Council named Cyndi as one of the Most Powerful & Influential Women in Texas and Baylor Health Care System was awarded the Corporate Leadership DiversityFIRST Award.

Prior to joining Baylor, Cyndi held the position of a Field HR Leader at Philips Medical Systems and was Regional Human Resources Manager at GEICO Direct Insurance.

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA from Texas Woman’s University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and an active member of several professional organizations.

Cyndi’s native language is Spanish and grew up in New Mexico with Mexican and Native American family traditions. She was a non-traditional student, attending college while working full-time and after being married and having children. She is the first college graduate in her family.
